National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed "Himachal High Court Case Status" mobile app for High Court of Himachal Pradesh. The objective of the App is to disseminate information relating to cases filed in High Court of Himachal Pradesh. The user can search cases based on Case Number, Party's Name and Advocate's Name. The successfully searched case details can be saved with the App at user's discretion. The case based automatic alerts like next date of hearing, shall be generated in respect of all the saved cases. The user is free to delete any case wrongly saved in the App. The targeted users for this App are Advocates/Litigants/Citizens. The app is available on Play Store free of cost

Permission used by this App

  • Internet: The app uses internet connection and gather information about device’s network availability to fetch the data.
  • Accounts:The app uses account authenticator capabilities of the Account Manager, including creation of accounts to Sync the data.
  • External Storage:The app uses the external storage permission to manage access to documents, to create the backup of saved cases and to restore the data from the backup.

    • Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

    The app does not capture any user information. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement. So as no data is captured by the app so do not need any Data Retention or Management Policy.
