National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has Developed “Lokpal Meetings” Mobile App for Lokpal, Government of India. The Lokpal Meetings is useful for viewing Official engagements and Contacts Details of Officers. The app also provides facility to schedule an engagement for authorized users. The scheduled meeting information of officers is available to them in a pre- defined manner, as entered in the Meeting MIS software. The app also provides option to include External or internal Participants for any meeting. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.
App only uses the internet connection of user’s device.
The app does not capture any user information. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement. So as no data is captured by the app so do not need any Data Retention or Management Policy.
Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.
