National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed the “Him Atithi” Mobile App for the General Administration Department (GAD), Himachal Pradesh. Him Atithi mobile app provides the facility for online reservation of rooms at Himachal Bhawan/Sadan New Delhi, Chandigarh and Willy’s Park Circuit House Shimla. The applicant submits booking request through this app and General Administration Department, Himachal Pradesh approves or rejects the booking request. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.

Permission used by this App:

Internet: The app uses internet connection and gather information about device’s network availability to fetch the data.
External Storage: The app uses the external storage permission to manage access to documents, usually as part of a document picker, to upload the image from the device.
Network State: The app has read only access to phone state, including the current cellular network information and Wi-Fi Network.
Camera: The app uses Camera of user’s device to upload the Image.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The app captures Name, Department, Designation, Mobile Number, Email ID and Identity proof of the user. The Department will retain user provided data and used by concerned department only. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement.

Misuse by Non Targeted Users

Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.

Changes
