National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed "mHimBhoomi" mobile app for Revenue Department, Himachal Pradesh. The app allow users to view their land records, Jamabandi and Shajra Nasb (Genealogy Tree), for any Revenue Estate in Himachal Pradesh from Mobile Device. User can also view plot map for the digitized villages. The app provides facility to view Jamabandi based on Khewat/Khatoni/Khasra number and by searching the owner name, in case khewat/khatoni/khasra is not known to user. The user can also save the viewed records/selected criteria. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.
The app uses the internet connection of user’s device to fetch the data.
The app does not capture any user information. The local app settings can be changed or removed by the user as per requirement. So as no data is captured by the app so do not need any Data Retention or Management Policy.
