Privacy Policy – “mSuvidha” Mobile App
National Informatics Centre, Himachal Pradesh has developed the “mSuvidha” Mobile App for the Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam. The mSuvidha Mobile app provides facility to citizens to search for skilled persons available in different category which are available in the app. There are two types of user i.e. Public and Skilled Person. Public can directly contact the skilled person through the app after Login from the List of skilled persons available in different categories. Skilled person can update his/her location after login into the app and he/she can also search for another skilled person through the app. HPKVN provides training to youth on various skill sets. These trainees are made available for search after completion of their training. The app is available on Play Store free of cost.

The app captures Name, email-ID, Mobile No of the user as well as details provided by him/her. The Department will retain User provided data. This information is available in public domain and can be used by registered user.
Misuse by Non Targeted Users
Mobile App is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile device.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to include or deleted any content as per latest requirements. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
